The periyar balajanasakhyam were taken to Central Stadium to witness the 64h Republic Day celebrations. Children saw the parade by the various units like Bharat Scouts and Guides, various its of the millitary etc. They also watched the flag hoisting by Chief Minister Shri Oommen Chandy.
